We will serve up to 90 minutes, keeping a tab open. There is a $750.00 minimum

(the minimum only covers the food; the difference may be honored with specialty

Gift Cards for you to give to clients, friends, employees, etc.)

Additional costs (below) are not included in the minimum...

Extra time: $200 for each additional 30 minutes of service time.

Extra Staff: $150 for each additional employee at your request.

Fuel Charge: $5 per mile outside of New Castle County & below the C&D Canal.

Truck Rental Fee: Saturdays in April, May, June, September, & October: $2,500.00

(these are prime festival days, and we must schedule accordingly).

No truck fees on most other days.
