OCS Spring Fling Carnival

Come out to our OCS Spring Carnival for lots of family fun on Saturday, April 28th from 11-3pm! (Rain date May 19th) There will be moon bounces, obstacle courses, carnival games, touch-a-fire-truck, New Castle County Mounted Patrol horses, Delaware State Police K9s, cotton candy, popcorn, raffle baskets, face painting, balloon twister, vendors, and food trucks! The New Mix 99.5 WJBR be here playing music and games! This event is open to the public and we invite the new 2018-2019 OCS families to come get to know the OCS community!
